MD Vital Records

Maryland Vital Statistics Administration - Information regarding how to obtain certified copies of birth and death records. Birth records available from 1898, except for the city of Baltimore, where birth records date from 1975 onwards. Death records available from 1969 onwards. Fees and certain restrictions apply.

MD Marriage & Divorce Records

Maryland Vital Statistics Administration - Information regarding how to obtain certified copies of marriage and divorce records. Marriage records are available from 1990 onwards. Marriage records prior to this date must be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the county where the marriage license was issued. Divorce records (verifications only) date from 1961 onwards and must be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the county where the divorce was granted. Fees and certain restrictions apply.

MD Property Records

Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation - Real property data search. Search by county and then by either street address, map/parcel reference, property account identifier, or property sales.

Charles County - Property tax account inquiries. Search by property number, owner's last name and street number, direction, name and suffix.

Harford County - Property bills search. search by property tax ID, street address, water/sewer account number and bay restoration fund account number.

Montgomery County - Property tax account information. Search by account number, bill number and street address.

Washington County - Real estate property tax inquiry. Search by parcel number, company name and address.

MD Sex Offender Records

Maryland Sex Offender Registry Search - Search by first and last name, zip code and offender type (this includes child sex offenders, offenders, sexually violent offenders and sexually violent predators). Interactive map of registered sex offenders is available. This can be searched by address or zip code, as well as county, type of place (schools, libraries, colleges, shopping centers, churches and recreational areas). The search can then be centered on a particular location.
